About The Kita Exclusive

A suite of private residences by Kengo Kuma

Thirteen luxurious homes – designed by renowned Japanese architect, Kengo Kuma, located in the heart of Tokyo. Set amidst verdant greenery, in close proximity to parkland and part of the exclusive Kitasanda neighbourhood, The Kita is an ode to its genteel surroundings. Bearing Kuma’s signature strokes of subtlety, multi-sensory and reverence for nature, The Kita is an iconic space that you can craft with Kuma’s bespoke design services for a unique abode.

Kengo Kuma

Kengo Kuma is one of Japan’s most influential architects, praised for recovering the traditions of Japanese building and reinterpreting them for the 21st century, and architect of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Stadium. This is the sixth Kengo Kuma & Associates project in collaboration with Westbank, after the striking Alberni by Kuma development in Vancouver.
