Veniz KWONG

Veniz joins List Sotheby's International Realty from a leading consultancy firm where she served for the past 9 years, first as a Division Director managing the largest sales team within the firm, then promoted to Assistant Head, Project Marketing in 2011 and subsequently as Assistant Head, Brokerage in 2014. Among her achievements, she played a pivotal role in leading a small team of just 120 salespersons for Duo Residences to a resounding victory in terms of total units sold against much bigger Joint Marketing Agencies.

Veniz' is tasked to manage and grow the team of Relationship Managers. Her role requires of her to provide mentorship and guidance to all of our Relationship Managers, work with the management team to provide strategic oversight  and executing operational and business strategies. Despite the demanding leadership role she holds for the company, she finds fulfillment and  sense of achievement whenever she successfully helps a client in their real estate agency needs.
